For makers who have a business registration certificate from a country outside Korea,
Entire process from project creation to settlement

Project submission to launch period and settlement period are averages and may vary depending on the project.

1) Project Creation

• After registering as a member on Wadiz, create a Maker Studio.

2) Project Writing

• Submit the necessary documents for project execution and complete the required items in your studio.

3) Project Submission

• Review the written content and submit the final version.

4) Review

• Confirm whether the project can proceed according to Wadiz policies and standards.
• Document requirement verification and content review of story essential content is conducted.
• If you receive a revision request from Wadiz, please reflect the feedback and resubmit.

5) Project Launch (Upcoming Launch Notification to Project Launch)

• After final approval, select the date you want to launch the project in Maker Studio, and launch the project.

6) Monitoring and Advertising Review

• Wadiz is monitoring whether the story complies with advertising review standards.
• According to advertising review standards, we may request modifications to the story content. If you receive a modification request, please edit the story directly through Maker Studio.

7) Project Closure

• The project ends at midnight (24:00) on the previously set end date.

8) Payment Processing

• After the project successfully ends, payment (attempts) proceed for 2 days
• The final payment amount that successfully paid during the applicable period is called 'Funding Amount', and you receive settlement after deducting fees from this amount.

9) Reward Shipment 

• Rewards cannot be shipped before the project ends or while payment has not been completed.
• After all payments for 2 days following the project end date are completed, you can check the supporter information needed for shipment.
• After sending the reward, please process the shipment in Maker Studio.

10) Refund Request and Processing

• There is a 25-day refund period from the time the reward is delivered.
• If there are issues with reward shipping delays or defects, refunds may be requested.
• However, refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible.

11) Settlement

• Once reward shipment and refund processing are both completed without issues, you receive the final settlement amount.
• However, if issues such as project cancellation occur, the payment process may be held.
