1. Wadiz Service Fees (12%)
The Wadiz service fee is a fee to use the basic functions required for project operation and the AI-based operation support function.
It's not just a platform fee, but it comes with six services below, including story-based AI and automatic project opening functions.

2. Payment settlement processing fee
The payment settlement processing fee is a fee that includes the payment agency fee incurred for payment in Korea and outside Korea and various processing costs required for the settlement process.
The rates of Korean makers and non-Korean makers are different.

3. consulting service fee
Consulting service is a service that selects projects that can create synergy with Wadiz, and the project director (PD) provides a step-by-step operation guide for success.
Additional benefits are provided for the operation of the project when using the service.
From the project submitted on August 10, 2026, consulting service fees will be differentially applied depending on the final payment success amount after the project is completed.

Q. Does a single pricing plan apply to makers who are new to Wadiz?
A. Yes, a single pricing plan will be applied to all projects that have completed "Submit" by Maker Studio since February 2, 2026. However, if you are a first-time maker, you will get a 30% discount from the service usage fee (12%), which will lower the actual fee rate (until December 31, 2026).
You can check the discount application right away on the Maker Studio > Service Fee menu.
※ Announcement of the end of the promotion
The 30% off service fee promotion for Wadiz first-time users is only applicable when the project is submitted from February 2, 2026 to August 9, 2026.
From August 10, 2026, the promotion will not be applied from the project submitted by Maker Studio, and the normal service fee will be applied.
Q. How will the fee be settled in case of funding failure?
A. If funding fails, there is basically no Wadiz platform fee and settlement fee. However, if there are advertisements and external additional services used separately, only those expenses will be settled separately.
Q. On what basis are the fees charged for projects under the previous pricing plan (Basic, Pro, Expert) and how do I receive the tax invoice?
A. Projects that have completed submissions before February 2, 2026, will retain their existing selection pricing plan.
Tax invoices are issued at different times depending on the type of project (funding, preorder, and store), and for more information, please check the Funding, Preorder project tax invoice issuance guide, and Global project tax invoice issuance guide.
Q. How will the fee be processed for a simple change of mind refund after delivery is completed?
Under the E-Commerce Act, the fee return policy is applied to simple change of mind refunds received within 7 days of completion of delivery.
However, the application criteria vary depending on the project submission date, so please refer to the contents below.
