Wadiz operates a single fee structure that applies to both domestic and international payments, so makers can focus on their projects instead of worrying about fees.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the structure of wadiz’s fee system and explain the role of each fee, focusing on the questions makers are most curious about.
Q. How is the wadiz fee structure organized?
The wadiz fee structure consists of three fee categories.
The wadiz Service Fee and the Payment Settlement Processing Fee apply to all projects, while the Consulting Service Fee applies only if you select the consulting service.

- wadiz Service Fees
- Fee: 12%
- Wadiz’s service fee covers the basic services required to run a project, as well as AI-based operational support features.
- Makers with no prior successful projects on wadiz are eligible for a 30% discount on the service fee.
※ Notice Regarding Promotion End Date
The 30% service fee discount promotion for first-time wadiz makersapplies only to projects submitted between February 2, 2026, and August 9, 2026.
Starting August 10, 2026, this promotion will no longer apply to projects submitted via Maker Studio, and the standard service fee will apply.
- Payment Settlement Processing Fee
- Fee: 3% + 99,000 KRW
- The payment settlement processing fee includes payment processing fees incurred for domestic and international transactions, as well as the operating costs necessary for settlement processing.
- Consulting Service Fee (Optional)
Fee: Around 10%
The consulting service fee covers the costs associated with providing dedicated operational guidance and strategic consulting from the project director (PD).
Consulting services are optional and can be utilized as needed.
Q. What services are included in the Service Usage Fee?
The wadiz Service Usage Fee covers the basic features and environment necessary for project management, as well as additional services such as supporter activity data analysis and CRM support.
Through this fee, all makers can access the following services at no additional cost.

Q. How is the payment settlement processing fee applied?
The payment settlement processing fee includes payment processing feesincurred during the project payment process and the operational costs required for settlement processing.
Since the cost structure incurred during the payment process is similar regardless of whether the payment is domestic or international, wadiz applies a uniform rate of 3% + 99,000 KRW (excluding VAT).
Q. What services are provided when I select the consulting service?
If you select the consulting service, a Project Director (PD) will be assigned to projects that can create synergy with wadiz, providing step-by-step guidance from project preparation through operation.
You can receive the following support:
- Feedback on Project Story Structure
- Suggestions for Rewards Design and Promotion Ideas
- Feedback on News & Communication Strategies
- Pre-launch review for risk prevention
The consulting service fee covers the costs associated withthis dedicated operational guidance and additional benefits, and is finalized through separate consultationbased on the scope of services provided.
When using the consulting service, you’ll also receive thefollowing additional benefits.
- Discount on post-payment advertising fees (5% → 2.5%)
- Increase in Post-Payment Limit by Up to 100%
- Prominent Exposure in Exclusive In-App Collections
Q. Do the same fees apply to projects with payments from outside Korea?
Yes. The same rates apply regardless of whether the payment isdomestic or international.
Q. What criteria are used to apply the first-time user discount?
Based on your Business Registration Number, a “30% discount on wadiz service fees” is automatically applied upon the first successful project.
This discount is offered as a promotional benefit and may be discontinued without prior notice in accordance with our operating policies.
