[Policy Review] Wadiz Review Process Improvement Notice (Effective 04.13.2026)

Hello, this is Wadiz.

Starting April 13, 2026, the project review process will change.

To help makers start projects on their desired schedule more quickly, Wadiz is transitioning from pre-review to an AI-based post-monitoring approach.

※ Effective Date : April 13, 2026 
※ Scope of Application : Funding/Pre-order projects completed after the effective date 

Now you can open projects without pre-review and approval procedures, and after opening, AI-based verification and operational monitoring will be conducted for necessary checks.

2. Here's How It Changes.

You can open without waiting for review approval.

You no longer need to wait for review approval.
The moment you complete your project, you can open it on your desired date and time. 

You can open on your preferred schedule.

You can open your project to align with important dates such as new product launch dates or promotional event schedules.
You can create more flexible project operation plans aligned with the timing you have planned.

3. AI Review and Monitoring Will Be Conducted. 

The existing review and approval method will transition to an AI-based post-monitoring approach.

Projects opened on Wadiz are quickly and precisely checked by AI for false advertising, false patents/certifications, brand impersonation, and duplicate sales on external platforms.
Along with this, various operational processes such as risk monitoring and final verification before settlement are conducted together.

FAQ

Q. Are projects submitted before April 13 subject to the changed process?

A. No, this revision applies to projects completed and submitted on or after April 13, 2026.
Projects already submitted will continue with the existing review process.

Q. What happens if a problem is found during AI post-monitoring?

A. If matters requiring revision are found during the review process, Wadiz will notify you separately.
If content that does not comply with Wadiz policy is found, your project may be temporarily suspended, so for a healthy funding environment, please be sure to check Wadiz Review Policy. 

Q. Can I open immediately if I apply for a consulting service? 

A. If you apply for a consulting service, your PD manager will review your project. 

We will provide review results within approximately 3 business days, and you can open your project after the review is complete.

If additional verification is needed depending on the project content, more time may be required. 

While waiting for the consulting result, you can open your project faster by entering payment information in advance. 

Q. Can I edit rewards after the project opens?

A. Before the project opens (in Scheduled status), you can directly edit all reward items in Maker Studio → [Reward] tab. 

However, after the funding is opened, you can add new rewards, and for existing rewards, you can only edit the reward name and reward description.
