 Wadiz (CEO Shin Hye-sung, www.wadiz.kr) is launching a public recruitment for local players to work in regions across the country.

 This aims to expand the startup ecosystem, which is centered in the Seoul metropolitan area, into local regions and secure talent to drive outcomes for promising local makers. Wadiz local players leverage regional networks to search for makers with potential, lead collaborations to open funding projects, and serve as bridges connecting Wadiz and makers. Activities are conducted centered on the applicant's place of residence or hometown, and participation is available across nationwide regions including major cities such as Daejeon, Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, and Gwangju, as well as Chungcheong, Honam, Yeongnam, Gangwon, and Jeju.

 This position operates as a multi-job format compatible with existing occupations. Solo entrepreneurs, those considering a second career, and anyone with experience building local-based activities can apply. Operating on a remote work basis, you can work from anywhere across the nation without constraints on time and space.

 After joining as a local player, Wadiz educational programs are systematically provided, from understanding the platform and funding to know-how for opening projects. Through this, you can grow beyond simple participation to become a key driver leading startup activation.

 Application submission proceeds until May 15, and applications can be made at the Wadiz recruitment homepage in a convenient application format. Applicants who pass the document screening will undergo an interview process and be finally selected, with the first interview available as either phone or video interview.

 Meanwhile, Wadiz will hold a local player online orientation session on April 29 (Wednesday) at 4 PM for approximately one hour. It consists of Wadiz introduction, position guidance, and a Q&A session, and can be applied for on the same page.
