[Transparency Report] November Transparency Report - Focusing on Key Funding Cases #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Through the Transparency Report, Wadiz would like to introduce actual cases each month in which meaningful measures were taken to minimize damage to supporters among projects reported during that month. 

The most frequently reported issue in November was 'false information in the project story'.
If a project story contains false, exaggerated, or deceptive content, you can report it to Wadiz along with supporting materials. To ensure that funding projects are free of false information, Wadiz requires all makers to provide up-to-date information in their project stories that is accurate and consistent with the facts.

All content below is based on actual cases. 

※Note. Reports may be submitted under the 'false information in the story' category regarding reward quality issues. For issues such as product defects, selecting the 'Other' category when filing a report enables a faster and more accurate response.  

☞ POINT 1. If a reward delivered after the project ends does not meet the performance, quality, or other specifications described in the story, a refund of the funding amount can be processed to protect supporters.

☞ POINT 2. During a project, if expressions are found that may cause supporters to misunderstand key reward information, accurate information must be provided to supporters through story corrections and news posts.
