[Transparency Report] September 2021 Transparency Report - Focused on Major Funding Data #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing the details of complaints received by members of Wadiz and the results of actions taken on them, and is composed primarily of funding complaint data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how it responds to project issues, aiming to create a platform environment where members can use it with greater confidence.
1. Number of Complaints Received
- The 'number of complaints received' is measured based on the number of complaints received through the 'Report' feature on the right side of the funding project page, and when there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted as multiples equal to the number of reporters
- The types of complaints received include intellectual property infringement, false information in stories, distribution of identical products through other channels, violations of community policies, and other reasons that go against the purpose of funding or undermine the order of the Wadiz community
- The number of complaints received is a key indicator showing potential risks that could indirectly or directly cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction

2. Number of Pre-Launch Complaints
- 'Pre-Launch' refers to an advance preview service that allows supporters to check the project story before official funding begins, and the pre-launch project page provides a function to register for launch notifications
- Reports at the pre-launch stage serve to detect risks in advance before official project launch, and through this, proactive problem resolution is possible before official funding opens

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of reported projects' refers to the number of projects where one or more reports exist, and even if multiple reports are received, if the target project is the same, it is counted as 1
- The proportion of reported projects relative to the total number of open projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects among all projects that could cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction

4. Statistics by Category of Reported Projects
- Categorized data by category of projects that received reports during the month
- Due to the deletion of the 'Culture & Lifestyle' category, there are currently a total of 17 project categories in existence

5. Processing Results of Reported Projects
- All complaints that meet the requirements for complaints are subject to full fact-checking
- In cases where issues are confirmed in projects, follow-up actionsare taken in accordance with policies
- If the maker needs to provide a statement during the fact-checking process, a statement is requested through official notice, and if necessary, the contents of the report and statement request are disclosed to supporters as news

*Processing Completed: Cases where complaints meet the requirements and fact-checking has been completed, and based on the policy, it is determined to have 'issues,' resulting in follow-up procedures such as refund of funding, deletion of inappropriate content, or project cancellation. Or cases where complaints meet the requirements and fact-checking has been completed, and based on the policy, it is determined to have 'no issues,' and the case is closed without follow-up procedures
*Processing In Progress: Cases where complaints meet the requirements and fact-checking is in progress, or cases where based on the policy, it is determined to have 'issues' and follow-up procedures are in progress
