- To prevent personal information exposure/misuse issues, be careful not to write important information containing personal information in public spaces.
- To prevent accidental exposure of personal information, please carefully check the community policy.
① Cases of exposing personal information when announcing event winners
- When announcing event winners in public places such as news or community, be careful not to disclose full personal information.
- You can prevent information exposure by masking so that only the winner knows the information, providing only the minimum information needed to identify the winner. Please refer to the table below.
- If the supporter used a virtual phone number, the mobile phone/landline number cannot be confirmed. When announcing the winner, please use the funding number to announce the winner.

- In public spaces such as news or community, do not request personal information such as supporter contact information.
- Regardless of the maker's intention, a third party with malicious intent may discover this and cause secondary damage by illegally using personal information.
- Instead, guide them to use the 'Inquiry' feature as shown below.

③ Cases of unauthorized use of supporter personal information
- It is not only impossible to expose supporter personal information in public places, but also to use it without permission.
- You cannot use it for purposes other than confirming funding information, sending rewards, and handling complaints. Specific examples of unauthorized use of personal information are as follows.
- Cases of sending advertising messages using personal information of supporters who participated in funding

3) If you accidentally expose supporter personal information, take action as follows.
- Posts containing personal information should be deleted immediately.
- Depending on the circumstances, you must report personal information breach.
- If you operate your own mall, report as <Information and Communication Service Provider>.
- If you only conduct distribution/manufacturing without your own mall, report as <Personal Information Handler>.
- To minimize damage, please immediately post the following content to the news: .
- Personal information exposure facts / Scope and type of exposed personal information / Sincere apology, etc.
- If damage is incurred by the supporter, guide supporters to use dispute mediation procedures, legal and punitive damages compensation system.
