What are the standards for advertising cancellation and refunds?
We'll provide you with detailed guidelines.
1) Advertising Cancellation
1. Makers can cancel advertising applications through the Advertising Center until the advertisement is approved (for makers using the advertising proposal service, until the proposal is confirmed).
2. After an advertisement is approved or an advertising proposal is confirmed, makers who wish to cancel the application for that advertisement may contact the customer service center to cancel the advertising application, and makers using consulting services can cancel the advertising application through their assigned PD.
3. However, if a makercancels the advertising application when the advertising execution date is approaching, a penalty fee will be charged depending on the timing of the cancellation as follows.
Example
If a cancellation request is made on the Friday of the previous week for an advertisement scheduled to run on Monday: 1 business day before, penalty fee 100%
If a cancellation request is made on the Thursday of the previous week for an advertisement scheduled to run on Monday: 2 business days before, penalty fee 30%
