How do I write a reward information disclosure notice?

1) Select the type of product or service you will provide to supporters and fill in the required information.

• You need to select the most similar item from the 35 categories.
• It would be better to consider the characteristics, functions, and utility of the product and service, as well as general perception.
• If there is no similar item, select 'Other Services' or 'Other Goods'.

2) Are there multiple products or services featured as rewards?

• If they are different categories, click the 'Add' button to register new reward information disclosure notices.
• However, if it is not the main reward but an event gift or a backup/additional component of a reward, you may omit it.

3) Please note these points when writing.

• Please provide information about the product or service as detailed as possible, and if you cannot provide information, you must explain the specific reason.
• Instead of filling in false information or leaving it blank, please specify as concretely as possible, such as 'This information is not available' or 'Information cannot be provided due to OOO.' 
• If the manufacturing date/manufacturing date and time, expiration date, shelf life, quality retention period, etc. of the rewards provided are all different, please enter the earliest date or specify the entire validity period.
• If the reward requires KC certification, please include the certification number. Alternatively, if the certification process is in progress, you must also indicate the expected completion date. If it does not apply, please mark it as 'Not applicable'.
• You must use legal measurement units. Please refer to the table below and enter the correct units.
