Are there image size restrictions for projects?

1) Introduction Photos & Videos

The photos & videos displayedat the top of your project are what supporters see first when they click into your project, making this a crucial section.

A high-quality photo& showcasing the appearance and key features of your product or service with its appeal at a glance is ideal.

Introduction Photo

• You can upload JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG files up to 2MB. Animated GIF images are also supported.
• Images with a resolution of 630x400 pixels or higher can be uploaded.
• Multiple photos can be uploaded, and we recommend registering at least 3 introduction photos.
• Text and logo insertion is possible.

Introduction Video

• You can insert the URL of videos uploaded to Youtube and Vimeo. However, directly uploading your own video is not supported.
• The video thumbnail image size is recommended to be 600 pixels or wider.

2) Project Story Images

Please insert images in your project story and upcoming story according to the guidelines below.

• We recommend images that are 1024px wide or less. If you insert a larger image, it may appear distorted on mobile devices.
• You can upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF images up to 10MB.
