[Service Notice] Safe Number Service Implementation Notice
Hello, this is Wadiz.
To safely protect supporters' personal information, we are introducing Safe Number Service.
If you are a maker preparing a project or preparing to send rewards, please check the contents below.

1) What is Safe Number Service?
To protect customers' (supporters') personal information during payment and shipping processes, mobile phone numbers are automatically converted to one-time temporary numbers. Makers and courier services cannot know the actual contact information of supporters and reward recipients, and can only contact using the issued one-time Safe Number.
- When inquiring about supporter contact information, a one-time Safe Number is issued instead of the actual contact information and provided to you as a maker.
- The Safe Number is issued when shipping begins and is automatically released after shipping is completed.
- The Safe Number is valid for only 60 days after initial creation.
- With Safe Number, voice calls and text messaging are possible.
2) Why was Safe Number introduced?
- It prevents makers from indiscriminately sending advertising text messages and making promotional calls that may occur during the use of Wadiz services.
- It protects personal information by preventing leakage of supporter information provided to makers due to external intrusions.
