Wadiz Expands Support for Small Business Shipping... Redesigns Next-Day Delivery Service 'Wabaesung'

Wadiz is expanding its logistics and shipping service capabilities and significantly enhancing convenience for small business owners.

Wadiz, a lifestyle design crowdfunding platform, announced on the 10th that it has redesigned 'Wabaesung,' its next-day delivery service for Wadiz Store, which continuously sells successfully funded products.

Wabaesung stores products at Wadiz's dedicated fulfillment center, and Wadiz handles all services from order and shipment management to fast delivery and customer service on behalf of the maker. As a characteristic of Wadiz Store, where only successfully funded products can be registered, using Wabaesung provides the confidence of receiving verified products with fast delivery.

Since its launch in March of last year, Wabaesung has shown continued growth in usage rates, with average monthly sales increasing more than 3.5 times in approximately one year. In particular, the number of projects has increased nearly 10-fold, and due to high demand, a redesign was undertaken to allow more makers to use the Wabaesung service. 

While the existing Wadiz Store only allowed next-day delivery for products directly purchased by Wadiz from makers, the redesign now enables any maker facing difficulties in logistics and shipping operations to provide fast delivery services to customers through order integration. 

When a maker applies for the Wabaesung service after registering at the store, they can use Wadiz's logistics center, and fast delivery is supported by proceeding with shipment from the logistics center when orders are placed. If customers order before 4 PM, same-day shipment is guaranteed, and products tagged as ‘Wabaesung’ are listed on a dedicated page, which is also noted as an advantage as marketing effects can be expected without separate advertising. 

Through this, Wadiz supports small business owners whose orders are irregular, making courier contracts difficult, or who lack manpower, by reducing the burden of order management, shipment, and customer service tasks, allowing them to focus on creating better products.
