[Transparency Report] July 2023 Transparency Report

Wadiz has been issuing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a document containing reports submitted by Wadiz members and the results of actions taken in response to them, and is composed primarily of funding report submission data. Through this report, we aim to transparently disclose actual data on how Wadiz responds to project issues, creating a platform environment where members can use it with greater trust.
1. Report Submission Data
- The number of reports receivedis measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' function on the right side of the funding project page , and if there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted multiple times according to the number of reporters.
- The type of report receivedincludes ‘intellectual property infringement’, ‘false information in story’, ‘distribution of identical product through other channels’, ‘community policy violation’, etc., which are reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or undermine the order of the Wadiz community.
- Report submission data represents a key indicator showing potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and complaints.

- 'Pre-launch' refers to a pre-release service that allows supporters to preview the project story before the official funding begins.
The pre-launch project page provides a notification request feature when the official funding opens. - Reports at the pre-launch stage serve as a function for early risk detection before official project launch, which enables proactive problem-solving before the official funding opens.

- For projects with confirmed issues, follow-up actions are taken in accordance with the funding report policy.
- During the fact-checking process, Wadiz requests clarification from the maker when necessary through official notice, and when necessary, opens the reported facts and clarification request details to supporters through news.

<July Reported Project Processing Status>
- Processing Complete
Cases where fact-checking of reports that meet reporting requirements has been completed and determined to be 'problematic' based on policy, resulting in follow-up procedures such as refunding, deletion of inappropriate content, or project cancellation, or cases where fact-checking of reports that meet reporting requirements has been completed and determined to be 'no problem' based on policy, resulting in closure without follow-up procedures. - Processing In Progress
Cases where fact-checking of reports that meet reporting requirements is in progress, or cases where follow-up procedures are in progress after being determined as 'problematic' based on policy. - Processing Not Necessary
'Unqualified report' or 'already resolved issue', where no follow-up procedures were taken.
⁕ Unqualified Report: Reports received that failed to meet reporting requirements or lack supporting evidence to substantiate the report content, making it difficult to proceed with follow-up procedures.
