How is payment processed if the project succeeds?
Payment from supporters is completed within 2 days after the project ends.
- Payment is processed only for projects that achieve 100% or more of the goal amount by midnight on the project end date and succeed.
- Supporters who participated using 'Pay Now' have already completed payment.
- Supporters who participated using 'Reserve Payment' will complete actual payment within 2 days after the project ends. Based on the card information registered at the time of payment reservation, payment is automatically processed at 5 PM every day.
- Failed projects are not charged.
- All payment amounts are refunded to supporters who participated using 'Pay Now'.
- Supporters who participated using 'Reserve Payment' will not proceed with actual payment.

1) Payment may fail.
- If payment failed due to reasons such as a supporter's lost or blocked card, exceeding credit limit, or insufficient balance, payment will be retried during the payment period.
- Wadiz provides guidance on changing payment methods to supporters by 4:30 PM on the final payment date.
2) If inquiries about changing payment information come in, provide guidance as follows.
- Payment information can be changed until 4:30 PM on the final payment date.
- [ Login - My Wadiz - Funding - Funding History - Select Participating Project - Change Payment Information ] You can change it from there.
- If you registered an easy payment method after participating in the project? Payment methods registered before participating are not automatically reflected in projects you participated in before that point.

3) After the payment period ends, you can check the shipping information of supporters whose payments have been completed.
