[Transparency Report] March 2024 Transparency Report

Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing reports received from Wadiz members and the results of actions taken on those reports, and is composed primarily of funding report submission data. Through this report, we aim to transparently disclose Wadiz's actual data in responding to project issues, thereby creating a platform environment that members can trust and use more reliably.
1. Report Submission Data
- The number of report submissions is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' function on the right side of the funding project page , and if there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted as multiple according to the number of reporters.
- The types of reports include ‘intellectual property rights infringement’, ‘false facts in story’, ‘distribution of identical products through other channels’, ‘community policy violation’, etc. which constitute reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or disrupt the Wadiz community order.
- Report submission data represents a key indicator showing potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction.

2. Number of Reported Projects
- ‘Number of reported projects’ refers to the number of projects that have received one or more report submissions, and even if multiple reports are submitted, if the project subject is the same, it is counted as one.
- The proportion of reported projects compared to open projects is a key indicator that represents the proportion of projects among all projects that could cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction.

3. Opening Pending Report Ratio
- ‘Opening Pending’ refers to a preview service that allows supporters to check the project story before the official funding begins.
On the opening pending project page, a notification request function is provided for when the official funding opens. - Reports at the opening pending stage serve as a pre-detection function for risks before official project launch, which enables proactive problem-solving before official funding opens.

5. Reported Project Processing Results
- All reports that meet the reporting requirements are undergoing fact verification.
- For projects where issues are confirmed, follow-up measures are taken according to the funding report policy.
- During the fact-checking process, Wadiz requests the maker's statement of position when necessary through official notice, and when necessary, discloses the report facts and statement request details to supporters through news updates.

<March Reported Project Processing Status>
- Processing Complete
As a result of fact verification on report content that meets the reporting requirements, it is determined as 'problematic' based on policy and follow-up procedures such as funding refunds, inappropriate content deletion, or project cancellation are proceeded with, or fact verification is completed on reported content that meets the reporting requirements and is determined as 'no problem' based on policy and is closed without further procedures. - Processing In Progress
Fact verification is ongoing on report content that meets the reporting requirements, or follow-up procedures are in progress after being determined as 'problematic' based on policy - Processing Not Required
This is a case of 'non-qualifying report' or 'previously closed issue', where no follow-up procedures have been proceeded with
⁕ Non-qualifying Report : A report submission that does not meet the reporting requirements or lacks supporting evidence to back up the report content, making it difficult to proceed with follow-up procedures
⁕ Previously Closed Issue : An issue that meets the reporting requirements but has already undergone fact verification in the past as of the current month, determined as 'no issue' and closed, or through 'project cancellation' or 'funding refund', necessary measures are completed, making follow-up procedures unnecessary
6. Service Monitoring Data
