[Service Notice] Pre-Settlement Service Launch for Pre-Order (Special Benefits/Limited Edition) Projects

Hello, this is Wadiz.

We are launching a 'Pre-Settlement Service' that allows you to receive settlements in advance for pre-order 'Special Bundle' and 'Limited Edition' projects.
Previously, you could only receive settlements after both reward shipment and refund procedures were completed. However, makers who wish to receive settlements in advance can now apply to receive a portion of the settlement amount first. Please check the details below.

1. What is the Pre-Settlement Service?

For pre-order 'Special Benefits', 'Limited Edition' project types, you can receive 60% of the settlement amount (20% for Class and e-book categories) in advance.

2. Application Requirements

Eligible applicants: Pre-order 'Special Bundle' and 'Limited Edition' projects
Application period: From the scheduled opening date to 10 days after the project end date \n
- If the scheduled opening does not take place, please apply from the project opening date to 10 days after the end date.
- Example) If the project end date is April 15, you can apply until April 25.
A service fee of 3% of the completed payment amount will be charged.

3. How to Apply

Check the application period and complete the Pre-Settlement Service Application Form (Link).
After review, if approved, we will send you the pre-settlement statement by email within 10 business days.
