An order has been received through the Store Gift function!
Supporters can express their feelings through the Store Gift feature.
When a supporter purchases a product through the Gift feature, you can check the order in the Store Maker Studio > Sales Management > Order & Shipping Status.
We'll explain the Order & Shipping Status states and how to charge additional shipping fees.
1. Gift Delivery Process by Order & Shipping Status
- Waiting for Address\n
- When a supporter places an order through the Gift feature, the order count is displayed as "Waiting for Address".
- This is the state before the recipient enters their address, and in this case, the supporter who funded the project can cancel the order.
- If the recipient does not enter their address within 7 days from the date they receive the message, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Preparing Product\n
- When the recipient enters their shipping information, the status changes to "Preparing Product".
- Before the product is shipped, the sender can cancel the order, and when the order is cancelled, the supporter who paid will receive a refund.
- Shipping in Progress\n
- After the maker ships the product and enters it in the studio, the status changes to "Shipping in Progress".
- In this case, the sender cannot cancel the order, and if a supporter wishes for a return or exchange, the return process will proceed after receipt.
- Shipping Complete or Delivery Complete\n
- When product shipping or delivery is complete, supporters can request exchanges, returns, etc. according to Wadiz's Terms and Policies.
- In this case, the maker or supporter responsible for the exchange or return bears any additional shipping fees incurred.
- Purchase Confirmed\n
- If no exchange or return request is made within 7 days after product shipping or delivery is complete, the purchase will be automatically confirmed.
- Confirmed purchases cannot be refunded due to simple change of mind, and you can receive settlement only for confirmed purchases.
2. Setting Additional Shipping Fees
If the shipping address entered through the Gift feature requires additional shipping fees due to remote locations, you can request the recipient to pay the additional shipping fee.
