[Service] Notice on Providing Exception Processing for Refund Restrictions Due to Change of Mind

Hello. This is Wadiz.

To help makers feel more assured and focus on reward production,
When refunds are not possible due to reward characteristics, we will provide a feature that allows you to restrict refunds due to simple change of mind before shipping.

● Application Date: July 30, 2024 (Tuesday)
● Application Target: Funding/Pre-order projects submitted on or after July 30, 2024 (Tuesday)
● Changes: When providing rewards where refunds are not possible, a refund restriction feature will be provided

When providing rewards that cannot be refunded, if you check 'Refund Restriction' in the Funding/Pre-order Studio (Policy tab) before submitting the project,
supporters cannot request refunds due to simple change of mind until the maker ships the rewards.
You can check the cases where refunds are not possible in the Policy and Terms of Service.
