[Policy] Partial Project Restriction Notice Regarding Financial Investment Products and Virtual Assets

Recently, there has been a sharp increase in consumer damage cases due to unsound business practices by pseudo-investment advisory companies and the like, primarily online.

Wadiz rejects projects when they are impossible to proceed due to ethical or moral issues or when social controversy may arise. Accordingly, we have classified projects that offer quasi-investment advisory related to financial investment products (e.g., stocks) and virtual assets (e.g., Bitcoin) as rewards, where supporter damage is difficult to compensate and recover from, as rejection targets.

Restricted Targets

• Projects that provide rewards with advice on investment judgment or value regarding financial investment products such as stocks or virtual assets such as Bitcoin (e.g., rewards providing coaching on investment items, prices, timing, etc., using chat rooms, programs, etc.)
  
  

Restriction Details

• Funding/Pre-order/Store project operation is not permitted.
• For projects that are currently conducting funding/pre-orders or are listed in the store, measures such as story modifications may be taken depending on review.
  
  

Judgment Criteria

• Cases where investment judgment regarding the type of investment product, items, acquisition/disposal, methods/quantities/prices/timing of acquisition/disposal, etc., is included.
• Cases where investment methods/strategies, etc., are guided through indicators, programs, chat rooms, offline consultations, etc.
• Other cases where restrictions are deemed necessary for supporter protection in the project's story, reward composition, etc.
