Are there any precautions to take when running a project related to stocks or Bitcoin?

Recently, consumer damage cases due to unethical business practices by unauthorized investment advisors have sharply increased, primarily online.
Wadiz rejects project progression in cases where ethical or moral issues make project execution impossible or when social controversy may arise.

Accordingly, projects providing similar investment advisory services related to financial investment products (e.g., stocks) and virtual assets (e.g., Bitcoin) as rewards, where supporter damage compensation and recovery are difficult, have been classified as rejection subjects.

To facilitate smooth project preparation and execution for makers,
detailed policy guideline for financial investment products and virtual asset-related reward projects is provided below. 

1. Reward projects for financial investment products or virtual assets of the following types are possible. 

• E-book or VOD class rewards that explain methods (techniques) for conducting stock investment, etc.
• E-book or VOD class rewards introducing the history and investment methods of Bitcoin, etc.
• E-book or VOD class rewards regarding know-how for checking stock charts, patterns/trends, etc.

 ※ However, even in the above cases, content must not include guidance on designating specific securities or buy/sell timing; 
Projects cannot proceed if maker-supporter (instructor-student) two-way communication is possible.

2. Reward projects for financial investment products or virtual assets of the following types are not possible.

1) Wadiz Review Policy

• Projects providing advice on investment judgment or value regarding financial investment products such as stocks or virtual assets such as Bitcoin as rewards
  For example, reward projects providing coaching on investment securities, prices, timing, etc. using chat rooms, programs, etc. cannot proceed.
  
  

2) Specific Examples of Impossible Cases    

• Projects that include reward projects where communication regarding financial investment products or virtual assets occurs through online two-way channels such as Kakao Talk, Telegram, Cafe, Blog, YouTube, etc. 
  • Study room operation through open chat
  • VIP membership operation through cafe membership
  • Communicating through comments after updating market analysis content on blogs
  • Conducting online live broadcasts/lectures/guidance, etc., with communication occurring through student comments, etc.
    
    
• Projects that include reward projects where maker and supporter communicate face-to-face regarding financial investment products or virtual assets through lectures, meetings, consulting, study rooms, etc.
  • 1:1 stock investment consulting
  • Group lectures on stock investment methods
  • Hosting/operating study groups and regular study rooms attended by the maker (or related personnel) and students
    
    
• Projects that include reward projects through indicators, programs, search tools, algorithms, AI bots, etc., that affect the types, securities, acquisition/disposal, methods/quantities/prices/timing/strategies, etc., of financial investment products or virtual asset investment products 
  • Automated profit generation program through AI bot
  • Projects with automated trading programs as rewards
  • Search tool that selects/recommends investment securities when conditions are input
  • Information provision tool (indicator) for price movements of investment products

3) Projects for financial investment products or virtual assets cannot include the following expressions in the story. 

• Cases including statements regarding loss compensation or profit guarantee agreements for investment products
  • If losses occur after taking OO class, we will take responsibility.
  • Investment through OOO e-books guarantees 100% return of money.
  • Supporters who fail to achieve profits will receive 100% refund of reward amount and investment funds.
  • We guarantee profits of 10 times or more the investment cost
    
    
• Cases including statements presenting unproven or unrealized returns through data manipulation or unreasonable processing
  • All 100 students of OO class acquiring profits exceeding 100 million won (usable if proven)
  • Image of 1 billion won stock account from student (cannot verify if it corresponds to profits from the relevant reward or capital amount of the account holder)
  • Moving from a semi-basement to a Han River view apartment, purchasing foreign cars, etc. (cannot verify if realized through profits from the relevant reward)
  • Starting with no capital, zero capital, 0 won, etc. (expression where objective fact verification is impossible)
    
    
• Cases including statements presenting only periods with good returns or performance
  
  
• Cases including expressions where returns or performance are expected to be achievable by all supporters 
  • Statement needed regarding returns and performance: 'These are returns of some students, and do not guarantee returns for all supporters'
