How to obtain a performance completion certificate for guarantee insurance?

Makers who have increased their advertising deferred payment account limit using guarantee insurance 
can obtain the insured party's performance completion certificate after the project progress (shipping/refunds/final settlement, etc.) is completed.

1. What is an insured party's performance completion certificate?

• The insurance policyholder (maker) of the guarantee insurance contract has completely fulfilled the contractual obligations, 
  and it is a document confirming that the insured party (Wadiz) verifies that the effect of the guarantee insurance contract and the insurance liability (guaranteed obligation) of the guarantee insurance company have been completely extinguished as of the guarantee insurance performance completion date.
  
  

2. When is the insured party's performance completion certificate needed?

1) When it is difficult for a maker to enroll in new guarantee insurance due to existing guarantee insurance  

• If you submit a performance completion certificate for the existing guarantee insurance, you may be able to enroll in new guarantee insurance.
• Whether new guarantee insurance enrollment is possible is determined by the guarantee insurance company's review. Therefore, issuance of the performance completion certificate does not guarantee new guarantee insurance enrollment.

2) After the project schedule is completely finished, such as final settlement completion, and when you wish to have the guarantee insurance effect and the guarantee insurance company's insurance liability (guaranteed obligation) extinguished

• You can proceed with the termination of guarantee insurance effect and insurance liability through the submission of the insured party's performance completion certificate.
  
  

3. Are there conditions for requesting issuance of the insured party's performance completion certificate?

• An actual guarantee insurance contract must exist for it to be subject to the performance completion certificate. 
• For projects using guarantee insurance, the performance completion certificate can be issued after the final settlement statement is issued. 
  
  

4. How do I request the issuance of the insured party's performance completion certificate?

① Verify that the 'Final Settlement Statement' for the project subject to guarantee insurance has been issued. 

② Through Wadiz Help Center > Register Inquiry > link, makers directly submit a request form for the insured party's performance completion certificate. *When completing the request form, please be sure to attach the guarantee insurance policy.

③ After completing all fields, please click Submit. 

④ The Wadiz department will review and guide you.
