[Policy - Review] Performance·Festival/Activity Category Review Policy Change (Effective 02.01.25)
Hello. This is Wadiz.
Projects in the Performance·Festival/Activity category may include outdoor events in the rewards.
To ensure that rewards can be provided safely and smoothly even in unexpected rainy weather situations, the relevant review standards have been changed and we are notifying you of this.
From projects submitted on February 1, 2025,
When proceeding with Performance·Festival/Activity category projects, the following review standards will apply, so please note.
[Effective Date]
- February 1, 2025 (Saturday)
- From the relevant date, the changed review standards will apply to funding/pre-order projects in the Performance·Festival/Activity category that are submitted.
[Changes]
Performance·Festival/Activity category projects that include outdoor events in rewards must be able to proceed in rainy weather.
For Performance·Festival/Activity category projects that provide rewards including outdoor events, projects can proceed only with rewards that can be held even in rainy weather.
- Existing: No separate standards
- Changed: Submission of rainy weather event execution plan and supporting documents
- ex) Rainy weather event execution plan, venue rental agreement, business agreement, confirmed indoor venue reservation confirmation, etc.
[Notice Regarding Mandatory Document Submission]
- In principle, the rainy weather event execution plan and supporting documents should be attached when submitting the project for review.
- However, if the rainy weather event execution plan and supporting documents are not submitted during the review process, they must be submitted as post-submission documents before sending rewards.
- If post-submission documents are not submitted, rewards cannot be sent even after project completion and the project may be canceled.
