[Policy - Review] E-book/Class Category Review Policy Change (Effective 02.01.2025)

Hello. This is Wadiz.
To provide higher quality rewards through excellent projects in the e-book/class category to our supporters,
we are informing you of changes to the related review standards.

Starting from projects submitted on February 1, 2025,
Please note that the following review standards will be applied when running e-book/class category projects.

[Implementation Date]

• February 1, 2025 (Saturday)
• The updated review standards will be applied to funding/pre-order projects in the e-book/class category submitted from the date mentioned above.

[Changes]

When running e-book/class category projects, you must submit the complete draft of the entire content. 

For projects that provide digital content in the e-book/class category, during review, you must submit the complete content draft (100%) file. 

• Previous
  • When the reward is being produced: draft file of 10 pages or more 
  • When the reward has been completed: one or more major chapter file(s) of 10 pages or more corresponding to the main content
    
    
• Changed
  • Regardless of the reward production status, submit the complete content draft (100%) file
    
    

* What is 'complete content draft file'?

• It refers to a file that includes all of the manuscript (e-book) or video content (class) provided as the project reward.
• Cover/template and other additional design or video detailed editing are not included in the draft, and further editing can be done after submission. 

[Required Documents Submission Notice]

• In principle, the complete content draft file and supporting documents are attached at the time of project submission for review. 
• However, if you cannot submit the complete content draft file during the review, you must submit it as a post-submission document before the reward is sent.  
• If you do not submit the post-submission documents, the reward cannot be sent even after the project ends, and the project may be cancelled.
