How do you handle supporter inquiries when running a global project?
When running a global project, supporter inquiries are basically received through the maker's email.
In this case, the maker needs to send a direct response to the supporter's email inquiry.
If a supporter's inquiry is received through the Wadiz Customer Center, we plan to respond only to inquiries that can be answered immediately by the Wadiz Customer Center.
✅ Supporter inquiries are expected to be received through the maker's email.
- Most overseas supporters submit inquiries to makers through email.
- For smooth communication with overseas supporters, we recommend responding in that language.
- If situations arise where reward shipment is impossible or when communication with multiple supporters is needed, please contact the Wadiz Customer Center. \n
- We plan to work with you and provide support to respond quickly and resolve issues.
✅ When inquiries are received through the Wadiz Customer Center
- The Wadiz Customer Center will provide the first response.
- However, for matters that require maker confirmation such as shipping/refund/reward specifications, we plan to confirm with the maker before the Wadiz Customer Center provides a response.
