Can refunds be applied to rewards from global projects?
For overseas sales of global projects, refunds for change of mind are not available, and
Other refund and exchange policies are the same as existing domestic exclusive projects.

- Due to the nature of overseas shipping, it is often difficult to process refunds for change of mind.
- If the product is returned to the domestic market, additional costs such as import declaration and customs duties will be incurred, which may result in losses to the maker.
- Therefore, under Wadiz policy, purchases from overseas supporters do not allow refunds for change of mind.
- If refund requests for change of mind are submitted for overseas sales, please reject the refund according to policy.
- However, even though it is a global project, refunds for change of mind are available for purchases from domestic supporters.
2. Refunds or exchanges are possible for delayed shipping, non-delivery, or defects in rewards.

- This is processed according to Wadiz's basic refund policy, regardless of the maker's individual policy.
- However, as reward recovery is often difficult or impossible for overseas sales, we recommend guiding supporters to discard rewards and proceed with refunds.
- When processing exchanges due to defects, shipping costs may be incurred and additional import procedures may be required upon domestic return.
