Are there any precautions to keep in mind when writing a global project story (detail page)?
✔️ For global projects, we do not recommend using full-image layouts in the story.
✔️ Text embedded in animated image formats such as GIFs cannot be automatically translated by AI.
1. Please write your story by separating images and text
- We do not recommend using full-image layouts when writing your story.
- Be sure to use the Maker Studio editor features to directly enter images and descriptions to write your story.
- Entering descriptions in text format increases the chances of appearing in search results not only through Wadiz's internal search terms but also in higher positions in external portal search results.
- Stories composed only of images have slower loading speeds, increasing the likelihood that supporters will leave the detail page.
- If text is embedded in a GIF image, untranslated Korean text will be displayed as-is to supporters outside of Korea, and readability may also be reduced.
- If the story contains untranslated images, you may be asked to make revisions during the review process.

If you write your Korean story with directly entered text and images (left image),
You can easily translate the text into English using the AI translation feature. (right image)

2. Please review the English story provided by AI translation once more
- The AI translation feature is an assistive tool that helps you easily create your story in English.
- Please note that the translation quality may be somewhat lacking depending on the content and structure.
- The translated English story content can be reviewed after submitting the project.
The translated English story can be directly edited from the 'Global Story Management' menu after submission.
- If you edit the Korean story after it has been registered, the changes will not be automatically reflected in the translated version.
- Please make sure to update the Korean story changes in the English story as well via the Global Story Management menu.

Text embedded in animated image formats such as GIF, WebP, or MP4 cannot be translated.
- If you want to use animated image formats in your story, please create a separate English version.
- If you want to use GIF images, please avoid inserting Korean text within the image file.
- AI translation is not provided for animated image formats such as GIFs.
- Therefore, if the proportion of Korean on the detail page increases due to the use of animated image formats, it may lead to a post-launch review.
- If a post-launch review is conducted, a revision request will be sent after the open schedule, and if revisions are not made within a certain period, the project may be canceled.
In the following cases, even if you passed the initial review, we may request revisions in the post-launch review.
1. When important information is only displayed in animated image formats such as GIFs
- When important information such as product composition, reward prices, and shipping conditions is only described in untranslated Korean images and not explained in text
- In particular, if reward prices are written only as numbers without a Korean won (KRW) indication, a revision will be requested to prevent confusion for overseas supporters
2. When the story cannot be understood due to untranslated animated image formats such as GIFs
- When overseas supporters cannot accurately understand project-related information without the untranslated images
3. When animated image formats such as GIFs containing Korean text account for 50% or more of the entire story
- When both of the above conditions are met, yet the proportion of images with Korean text in the entire story is excessive

3. We recommend structuring your story in the following order
- Brand Introduction
- Product Differentiators and Development Background
- How to Use and Product Features
- Shipping Information and Customs Clearance Notes
4. Please make sure to include the following in your story
- Maker Introduction
- Product Description, Composition, and How to Use
- Available Shipping Countries, Shipping Schedule, and Shipping Costs by Country
- Customs Clearance Notice
- ex) Items may be discarded or returned depending on customs clearance regulations by country, and the related responsibility lies with the supporter.
Please make sure to check that shipping, payment, and customs clearance information is included
- If relevant information is missing, it will be difficult to gain the trust of overseas supporters
