[Policy] Store Brokerage Project Service Fee Restructuring Notice

Hello. This is Wadiz.

To help Wadiz Store makers with more sustainable and successful challenges
we are notifying you of changes to part of our store brokerage commission rate policy.

Starting July 1, 2025,
the revised rate plan will be applied to all store brokerage projects in operation.

Effective Date

• Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Applicable Targets

• As of the effective date, all store brokerage projects in operation
  • Regardless of the opening date, the revised rate plan will be applied to all store brokerage projects in operation after the effective date.

Changes in Details

1) Increase in General Brokerage Service Usage Fee

• General Brokerage Commission: Changed from existing 10% to 13% (VAT excluded)
• General Brokerage Wadiz Only Commission: from existing 8% to 13% (VAT excluded)

*The service usage fee is collected in the method of deducting 13% of the product sales amount (VAT excluded) from the settlement payment.

2) Changes in Store First Entry Commission Waiver Promotion

The commission waiver benefit for new store entry projects will be changed.

• Existing: Commission waived for 3 months from the point of store entry approval
• Changed: Commission waived for 1 month from the point of store entry approval

However, Wadiz Dropship projects are not subject to this rate restructuring.
