Wadiz announced the launch of 'WAi (WAi)', a dedicated AI agent for crowdfunding.

Wadiz's AI agent 'WAi' is a service that provides real-time answers to various questions related to funding projects.

For example, you can ask questions from the initial stage such as 'Can I proceed with funding based on my idea?', to detailed questions about the operational process such as 'When will settlement take place?'.

In other words, this conversational AI, which has learned various information necessary for makers such as the Wadiz opening procedure, terms and policies, funding information in the Maker Center, and advertising guidelines, provides real-time feedback. This is the characteristic of the service.

Starting with the launch of the AI agent, Wadiz plans to create a foundation that is easy to use not only for domestic users but also for those making their first attempt at Wadiz Global Funding. In the future, various updates are being prepared including providing customized answers based on login information, saving past conversations, and recommending guide questions.

Meanwhile, Wadiz has been introducing AI technology throughout its service to strengthen convenience and operational efficiency. In 2023, through the 'GPT Advisor' feature, the company helped makers write attractive content by recommending project titles and summaries. It is a feature where if you enter a one-line introduction of the product, its features, and target customer information, ChatGPT creates and provides 3 project titles and a summary.

Last November, it introduced the 'AI Review' feature, streamlining the pre-opening funding process and improving maker convenience. AI review has the AI examine the funding detail page and provide quick feedback, helping makers quickly address expressions that do not meet advertising review standards.
