I'm curious about shipping for global projects run by makers outside of Korea.

The weight of the items (rewards) being shipped
The volume of the items (rewards) being shipped
The destination country (distance and conditions between origin and destination)
The import tariff policy of the destination country
The value-added tax policy of the destination country

Please calculate the cost considering the above 5 criteria and set an appropriate shipping fee accordingly.

You can set different shipping fees for each country where participation is available, configured for each reward.
You can set shipping fees for all reward/country options.
Refer to the example below to understand better.

When 1 backer selects N rewards, shipping fees are charged per reward
When additional quantities are added to rewards, shipping fees are charged for each quantity
Example: When a backer from the US orders 1 copy of Reward A (shipping fee KRW 5,000) and 2 copies of Reward B (shipping fee KRW 3,000)
- Shipping fee: Shipping fee KRW 5,000 + (Shipping fee KRW 5,000 X 2) = Total shipping fee KRW 11,000

If you have shipped rewards, please enter the shipping information from the Maker Studio - Shipment & Refund Management menu.
For worldwide shipping, after you enter the shipping information and 10 days pass, the status automatically changes to shipment completed.
- The refund period ends 25 days after the last shipment completion date, and a settlement statement will be sent 10 days later.
