How can you communicate with supporters?
📍 Worldwide Maker
There are three main ways to communicate with supporters.
1. One-on-one communication through Maker Inquiry
* Makers from countries outside Korea can use this feature starting October 30, 2025.
- 'Maker Inquiry' is a channel for supporters and makers to communicate one-on-one.
- You can use it to answer inquiries about personal information or special situations that are difficult to address in public.
- The Maker Inquiry feature becomes active after the project opens.
- Communication begins when a supporter sends the first message.
- You can exchange photos through messages.
2. Posting Updates
- After the Coming Soon period begins, you can post updates in the Maker Studio.
- When an update is uploaded, email and app push notifications are sent to supporters who have shown interest in your project.
- The recipients of the notification vary depending on the update header.
- Reward Information : Notifications are sent to all participants, supporters who liked, supporters who pledged support, and supporters who opted in for notifications.
- Event, Making Story, Other, FAQ : Notifications are sent to participants, supporters who liked, and supporters who pledged support.
- Reward Shipment, Exchange/Refund/AS, Payment : Notifications are sent only to participants.
- Achievement Rate : No notifications are sent.
