Projects by makers with business registration certificates from countries outside Korea proceed as 'direct import' on Wadiz.
When proceeding with a direct import project on Wadiz, we'll inform you about the responsible party and essential disclosure items to include in your story.

You have the following responsibilities related to project progress.

Responsibility to warrant that the reward or product information disclosed in the project is identical to the actual reward or product provided without false, exaggerated, or deceptive content, is manufactured, produced, supplied, or imported in compliance with applicable laws, and that you possess all legally necessary qualifications including approvals, sales and distribution rights, licenses, and other contractual authorities required under applicable laws for selling and distributing rewards or products
Responsibility to securely package rewards or products to prevent damage during shipping and provide them to supporters
Responsibility to take necessary steps for refunds in accordance with Wadiz platform terms/policies and applicable laws
Responsibility to respond sincerely and accurately to supporter inquiries and provide warranty and A/S services for rewards or products provided at your own responsibility and expense
Responsibility to notify changes and related details when any changes occur to content posted on the project page

Please be sure to include the following information in your story (detailed page).

Notify that when purchasing through direct import, customs may restrict reward entry or impose tariffs, and that supporters are responsible for confirming purchasable quantities and amounts
Notify that when proceeding with a direct import method, the project operator is an overseas business and that the project is being conducted as a direct import project
Notify that when conducting a project through direct import, refunds due to simple change of mind are restricted after shipment begins
