Wadiz transforms from 'an organization testing AI' to 'an organization working with AI'
- Designing AI collaboration models for employees through in-house championship
- Beyond AI technology adoption, comprehensive transition to working with AI is accelerating

Wadiz (CEO Shin Hye-sung, www.wadiz.kr) announced that it is advancing its organizational culture by applying its AI agent service 'WAi (WAi)' to the actual work of all employees and establishing AI as a 'way of working'.
While many companies are using AI adoption as a benchmark for competitiveness, Wadiz is taking a step further by focusing on 'how to connect AI with people and work together'. It is a transformation from an organization that tests or evaluates AI to one where all members directly design ways to work together with AI.
WAi is Wadiz's AI agent service introduced last July, supporting the entire funding process from responding to maker inquiries to project reviews and translations. Wadiz designed its AI not to be limited to certain departments or positions, but for all employees to use in their daily work.
To achieve this, Wadiz operated the 'WAi Championship', an company-wide participation program. The WAi Championship is a program for building Wadiz's unique AI organizational culture system, allowing all employees—regardless of whether they are developers or non-developers—to directly use WAi and propose their impressions and improvement ideas.
Data also confirmed high participation among members. 192 people, representing 95% of all employees, installed the WAi app and visited it daily, actively contributing ideas for feature improvements.
Particularly notable is that beyond simple participation, a total of approximately 300 improvement suggestions were received and reflected in actual service improvements. Approximately 40% of participating members submitted repeated and active feedback, deriving meaningful insights on AI utilization from the perspective of actual work.
Going forward, WAi will continue to work with Wadiz members to create mutual supplementation and synergy, while also directly representing Wadiz at customer touchpoints to communicate.
CEO Shin Hye-sung of Wadiz said, "In the AI era, what matters is not just who adopts technology faster, but how that technology is connected with people," and added, "Wadiz will continue to create ways for members to participate directly and work with AI, making the process itself a source of organizational competitiveness."
