Project Essential Checklist for Global Makers

✅ Choose the content language appropriately.

• Content Language: Please select the language in which you will write your project story (detail page). The selected language and the language you actually write in must match exactly. If the languages do not match, automatic translation may not be correct, making it difficult to proceed with review.

✅ Please select the project type carefully.

Once the project is finally approved, you cannot change the project type. 

• Funding: Introduce products, services, or content that have never been sold anywhere else for the first time on Wadiz.
• Pre-order: Introduce existing products, services, or content with special benefits on Wadiz.
• Pre-order - Encore: Re-introduce a project that succeeded on Wadiz.

✅ The representative image must meet the conditions below.

• 1) Size: Images can be uploaded up to 3MB. (Recommended size: 1200px wide, 675px high)
• 2) Editing restrictions: Text, borders, and split images cannot be used.

✅ Please write your story carefully.

• The story on Wadiz is a page that introduces rewards, serving the same role as the 'detail page' of general e-commerce. 
• Supporters pay attention to authentic stories about 'who, why, and how' the product was made, just as much as the product's features.

✅ Does your story contain the following content?

• 1) Reward Introduction

Appeal the background behind developing the reward and its advantages.

- Key Features: Show what problem the reward solves and how.

- Detailed Specifications: Mark detailed specifications in units that supporters can easily understand (kg, cm, etc.).

- Attach Images/GIFs: Using high-quality images and GIFs showing the actual appearance of the reward or how to use it can increase supporter understanding.

• 2) Maker Introduction

It's the best way to gain supporter 'trust'.

- Real Maker Photos: Use photos such as group photos and work photos that showcase your personality and project preparation process. (However, AI-generated images or caricatures and other edited images cannot be used.)

- Maker Introduction: Share various stories about yourself as a maker, such as past project history or brand philosophy.

• 3) Why You Chose Wadiz Platform

Tell us why you chose the Korean market and Wadiz. 

- Goal: Explain what value you want to deliver to Wadiz supporters through this project.

- Fund Use: Sharing transparently how you plan to use the funding collected (e.g., package production, developing the next reward) will further increase credibility. 

• 4) Shipping Information

Alleviate supporter concerns about overseas shipping.

- Shipping Method: Let supporters know how your reward will be delivered to them.

- Additional Costs: If additional shipping fees are incurred for remote areas, you must inform supporters in advance. 

✅ Are there any precautions to take when writing a story?

• Prohibition of price display in images: Prices within images are not automatically converted by the system and may cause misunderstandings. Please refrain from using them.
• Payment Standard: All payments are made in Korean Won (KRW), and supporters are charged with amounts converted in real-time according to their card company's exchange rate.

✅ After submitting the project, please be sure to enter your PingPong Payments ID.

• Registration for PingPong Payments and KYC authentication are required to process settlements.
• Final project approval is only possible after all authentication procedures are completed.
