To ensure safe project operation for makers, we inform you of the Korea Food and Drug Administration's intensive monitoring for misleading advertisements regarding foods claiming weight loss drug effects.
Please refer to the information below and verify that the expressions used in project titles, detailed pages, and reward descriptions do not contain any prohibited language.

- Intensive inspection of misleading advertisements that use names similar to weight loss drugs or other pharmaceuticals, creating a risk that foods may be mistaken for pharmaceuticals
Inspection Items
- We inspect for violations of applicable laws, including false or misleading displays and advertisements that claim to be weight loss drugs like Wegovy or Mounjaro, or create a risk of being mistaken for pharmaceuticals.
- Posts that advertise foods in a way that could be mistaken for pharmaceuticals will be subject to intensive monitoring.
- (Reference) Even if part of the name is obscured, such as Wego0bi or Moun0ro, it can still be recognized as similar to a pharmaceutical and constitutes misleading advertising.
