Wadiz Validates K-Beauty Product Strength with Funding Data... 16 Outstanding Projects Selected
- Outstanding Projects Receive 'Wadiz Emblem,' Leveraged as Brand Trust Reference in Marketing
- 47 Beauty Category Projects with Over 100 Million Won in Funding in 2025...All-Time High, Ranked #1 in Overseas Payment Count Among All Categories

Wadiz (CEO Shin Hye-sung, www.wadiz.kr) announced that it analyzed funding data from the beauty planning exhibition held in January and selected 16 outstanding projects by category, providing the 'Wadiz Emblem' to a total of 18 projects.
Outstanding projects were selected based on funding data from 99 projects that participated in the '2026 Happy New Beauty' planning exhibition held from January 15 to 28. A total of 18 projects were recognized in 16 categories including ▲Essences & Ampoules ▲Masks & Packs ▲Cleansing ▲Sun Care ▲Makeup ▲Devices ▲Inner Beauty ▲K-BEAUTY.
The selected projects demonstrated product competitiveness through concrete metrics that confirm actual consumer responses. 'Sun Essence' by Bella C&C, which recorded a cumulative 14,000 reviews with lightweight application as its strength, ranked 1st in the sun care category at this planning exhibition as well.
In the Essences & Ampoules category, 'Cellica Ampoule' by K&S Company, which utilizes PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) ingredient, recorded 3,000 pre-alert sign-ups, generating significant interest and ranking 1st in the category.
The 'Wadiz Emblem' was created to serve as an official reference that brands verified through funding can leverage when expanding distribution channels in the future. Selected brands can objectively communicate product strength and market response across various marketing channels including SNS, direct-to-consumer sales, and advertising content, based on funding performance and the emblem.
Additionally, among the 18 selected projects, 8 generated overseas payments from countries such as the United States, Japan, and Australia. This demonstrates the expanding role of Wadiz as a channel through which early-stage K-beauty brands can verify product response and validate their potential for global market entry.
Meanwhile, Wadiz's beauty category continues to show consistent growth. Average per-project funding amount has increased 74% over the past three years, and in 2025, a record-high 47 projects achieved funding of 100 million won or more.
Moving forward, Wadiz plans to collaborate with specialized partners such as manufacturing and clinical testing institutions to support makers in securing quality verification and production stability while strengthening brand competitiveness.
A Wadiz official stated, "The projects selected this time are examples of product competitiveness verified through supporters' substantive participation and data," and added, "We will expand our support so that promising K-beauty makers can verify market response on Wadiz, establish a growth foundation, and build a sustainable beauty ecosystem."
