'International Payment Service Fee' - What is it?
- A basic service usage fee of the Wadiz platform provided throughout the entire process from the start to operation of a global project targeting international (non-Korean) supporters.
Benefit Details
- When a global project is in progress, the 'Wadiz Service Usage Fee' for payment amounts made by international (non-Korean) supporters is applied at 0%.
- International Payment Wadiz Service Usage Fee: 12% → 0%
※ Domestic (Korean) supporter payments will continue to apply the existing service usage fee. - For more detailed benefit information, you can check the "Global Zero Pass Promotion Page" below.
Applicable Target and Conditions
- Target Maker
- Corporation/Individual Business Owner: If your business registration address is in Korea
- Individual: If your residential registration address is in Korea
- Target Project: A project conducted with reward delivery type set to 'Worldwide Shipping'
- Benefit Application Item: Wadiz Service Usage Fee for international (non-Korean) payment transactions
Application Timeline
- From April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) 00:00 onward, projects'submitted'from that point on will apply
※ Projects already submitted before April 1 will not have the changed fee applied in the studio, so pleasemake sure to verify the submission timing.
How to Apply the Benefit
- Without any additional application, it is automatically applied by simply setting the delivery type during the project design stage.
- Maker Studio → Project Creation → Reward Design Menu
- Select [Worldwide Shipping] from the delivery type settings
- Clicking the [Choose and Get Benefit] button will apply the Global Fee 0% Benefit
FAQ
Q. If I open a global project, will all payment transactions have 0% fees?
A. No. Payment transactions from Korean supporters will continue to incur the existing service usage fee.
The Wadiz Service Usage Fee 0% benefit is only applied to 'international payment transactions' paid by international supporters.
Q. Are payment and settlement processing fees also waived?
A. This benefit applies only to 'Wadiz Service Usage Fee', and payment and settlement processing fees will continue to be charged as before.
Q. Until when will this benefit be provided?
A. The end date of this benefit has not been determined, and we will notify you of any changes separately.
