If we determine that verification of certain content is needed during the monitoring process, your project page may be temporarily set to private until the review is completed.

Q. Why was my project set to private?
After Wadiz AI post-review system reviewed your project story or rewards,
If content that requires immediate verification under our operational policy is found, the project is first set to private and then internal review begins.

Q. How can I remove the private status?
Please review the feedback details in the notification email. Confirm
If you are notified that project modifications are needed, please make the necessary corrections based on the feedback provided.

Q. When a project is set to private, are the existing supporters' orders also cancelled?
Even while the project is under review, the participation history of existing supporters remains intact.
After the review is completed and the project resumes normal operation, the existing participation history and future schedule will continue as planned.
However, depending on the review result, if the project is cancelled, supporters will receive a full refund.
