It's difficult to bundle reward shipments. How do I set individual shipping costs?
Please collect individual shipping fees from supporters using a method suitable for you as the maker.
Wadiz shipping fees are basically applied in the form of 'bundled shipping.' Even if supporters select multiple reward types or quantities, shipping fees are charged only once in total. If the shipping fee amount set for each reward differs, the highest amount applies.
If you need to collect separate shipping fees for each reward,
- Please be sure to notify supporters of this fact in your story
- Among the four methods for setting shipping fees, choose the method that works best for you as the maker and collect shipping fees separately.

Method 1) Create 'set rewards' by quantity, then design with different shipping fees
- If shipping fees need to be added based on reward quantity, you can structure set rewards and set different shipping fees.
- This is a method where supporters choose set reward compositions with specific quantities.
- Supporters can more easily select multiple rewards, and you can also increase the funding goal amount.
- However, if supporters select multiple set rewards simultaneously, only the highest shipping fee is charged once.
- If you need to collect shipping fees without omission for all rewards, proceed with Method 4 as well.

Method 2) Create an additional shipping fee card
- In the [Reward Design] menu, create a separate 'additional shipping fee' dedicated reward card.
- Please guide supporters to select the shipping fee reward together by notifying them in your story and reward cards.
- Example: When selecting N or more rewards, an additional shipping fee applies. Please fund the 'additional shipping fee' reward together.
Method 3) Use 'Add more support'
- This is a method where supporters directly enter the additional shipping fee.
- Guide supporters through your story with the exact amount and how to input it.
- Please guide supporters so they can directly input the amount corresponding to the additional shipping fee.

Method 4) Request direct payment from supporters
- After the final payment date, you can contact supporters individually and request direct payment.
- You don't need to enter your bank account number in the story, but accurate shipping fees must be notified in advance.

- Method 1 'Create quantity-based rewards' & Method 4 'Direct payment'
- No Wadiz brokerage fee is charged for shipping fees.
- Method 2 'Create additional shipping fee card' & Method 3 'Add more support':
- Because it is processed under the same conditions as the reward amount, Wadiz brokerage fees and payment processing fees (PG) apply.
- Please set the shipping fee considering the fees.
