Can I modify the project duration while it's in progress?

Whether you can modify the duration depends on the project status and timing.

Before launch (pre-open), you can modify it directly in Maker Studio.

If the project has not yet been made public, you can change the schedule directly in Maker Studio until midnight (23:59:59) the day before the scheduled launch date.

The following types of projects all apply the same rules.

• Applicable to 
  • Scheduled to launch (including pending submission and posting status) 
  • Scheduled to launch + main funding in progress 
  • Main funding only 

※ (Example) If the scheduled launch date is May 10th, you can modify until May 9th at 23:59:59.
※ The deadline is midnight the day before the scheduled launch date, not 24 hours before the project starts.

After the project is made public, you cannot modify it directly in Maker Studio.

After the project is launched, you cannot directly change the start date or end date. 

If you need to change the schedule for unavoidable reasons, contact us.

We will review your request and inform you whether changes are possible.

⚠️Please check when changing the schedule! 

If you change the project duration, you may also need to update the reward distribution date.

The distribution date should be set to at least 2 days after the project end date (payment period). 

Please make sure the project duration and reward distribution date do not overlap.
