Last Updated: July 14, 2026
Starting in February 2026, Wadiz will implement a unified fee structure: a 12% service fee + payment processing fees (4% + $99 for international (non-Korean) Makers).
01. Wadiz Service Fee (12%)
The Wadiz service fee covers the core features required for project operation, as well as AI-driven operational support. This is not merely a platform usage fee; it also includes the following six services, such as AI story review and automatic project launch:
First-time Makers are eligible for a 30% discount on the service fee
Makers with no prior successful crowdfunding campaigns on Wadiz are eligible for a 30% discount on the service fee.
Eligibility: Based on the business registration number, this applies to a Maker’s first successful project on Wadiz.
How to Check: Create a Project → Maker Studio → Service Fees menu; check whether the promotional discount has been applied.
End Date: August 10, 2026.
Launch projects simultaneously in Korea and overseas to enjoy a 0% service fee
Makers who launch projects simultaneously in South Korea and overseas markets will have a 0% Wadiz service fee applied to the portion of payments originating from overseas.
Eligibility: Applies to cases where reward shipping covers both South Korea and overseas regions.
How to Check: Create a Project → Maker Studio → Shipping Type → Select Global Shipping, then check if the promotional discount has been applied.
End Date: August 10, 2026.
02. Payment Settlement Processing Fees
Payment settlement processing fees include payment gateway fees incurred for domestic and international payments, as well as various fees generated during the settlement process. The rates differ between Korean and international Makers.
