- "Coming Soon" is a feature that allows youto previewyour project—like a trailer—before itofficiallylaunches. You can set a "Coming Soon" periodranging from a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 25 daysbefore the project officially goes live.
- During the “Coming Soon” period, backers can “sign up for notifications”to receive the latest updates on projects they’re interested in.
02. What are the benefits of using “Coming Soon”?
First, it can improve the project’s overall performance.
- The amount raised immediately after the project launches determines the overall performance of the entire project.
- On average,the amount raised in the first 3 days accounts for about 53% of the total amount raised.
- "Coming Soon" plays a key role in boosting the achievement rate during the early stages of a project’s launch.
- Over 60% of the funds raised in the first 3 days come from supporters who signed up for reminders during the “Coming Soon” period.

Second, a launch notification will be sent to backers on the day the project goes live.

03. How do I set up “Coming Soon”?
- Please write your content in the “Coming Soon” story tab under the [Maker Studio] > [Write Story] menu.
- You can use a template or directly import the story content you’ve already written for your official project.
- Once your project is finally approved, you can select the launch date and time for the official project. After selecting the schedule, the “Coming Soon” page will automatically go live and remain active until the project launch date.
04. Can the “Coming Soon” story content be exactly the same as the official project story?
- The “Coming Soon” story content can be the same as the official project story content. However, be sure to remove the “Shipping Information” section regarding the reward shipping schedule.

A. Yes, you can skip the “Coming Soon” phase and launch the official project directly. However, if this is your first project, we strongly recommend setting up a “Coming Soon” period. Collecting “reminder requests” during the preview period helps boost sales and goal achievement rates on the day the project launches. To maximize your chances of success, we recommend running a “Coming Soon” period for at least 10 days before the official launch to collect reminder requests.
Q. The “Coming Soon” story tab is showing as disabled. How can I fix this?
A. Uncheck the “Do not set Coming Soon” checkbox in the upper-right corner of the page to enable this tab.
