How do I pause/resume store sales?

Help Center inquiry registration: Submit your store inquiry and we will review the details within 3 business days and reflect the changes for you.

* When a sale is paused, the product will not appear in search results on the Wadiz homepage.

* When requesting to resume sales, the status changes to "Pending Sale"
Once you click the [Open for Sale] button in Maker Studio, the product will be available for purchase again.

Pause Sale:

When you end (pause) sales, the product will not appear in search results on the Wadiz website.
However, you can still access the page by going directly to the project link. The site will display it with a [Sale Ended] status.

Resume Sale:

Click the [Open for Sale] button in Maker Studio. You must click the button to change the sale status to active.
