How do I terminate a Wadiz Only contract?

After the minimum contract retention period expires, you can terminate the contract by submitting a termination request form.

1) Minimum Contract Retention Period

The minimum retention period is from the contract date to the last day of the following month.
- (Example) September 15, 2022 contract → Contract must be maintained until October 31, 2022
The contract is automatically renewed every month.

2) If you want to terminate the Wadiz Only contract

Please submit the Only termination request form (click here) from the Wadiz Help Center.
Processing of submissions takes approximately 5 business days. Please submit the form at least 5 business days before your desired contract termination date.
