How is Store different from Funding?

Wadiz Store is a 'commerce' platform.

1) On the Store, you can sell products at any time.

• Unlike Funding and Pre-order, payment and sales occur immediately upon purchase.
• After payment, you must ship the product right away.

2) You can receive settlement twice a month. (Reference: Store Settlement Guide)

• Unlike Funding and Pre-order, which are settled after project completion, settlement occurs twice a month based on the purchase confirmation date.
• You can turn supporters into fans of your brand and use it as an opportunity to create continuous revenue.

3) Check the Store seller criteria. (Reference: Store Seller Criteria and Commission)

• After successfully completing a Funding or Pre-order project,
  • At the time of Store project submission, Maker satisfaction is 3.0 or above
  • Payment completed supporters 50 or more or payment completed amount 5 million won or moreis required for store listing.
• However, you do not need to include the required 'special benefits' from Pre-order.

4) The Store is subject to the E-commerce Act.

• Notification of communication sales business is required, so only business owner (individual/corporate) makers can list on the Store.
• Makers selling products on the Store must handle exchanges and refunds according to E-commerce Law.
  • Return request period: Available within 7 days of product receipt
  • Period for requesting returns if defects are found: Even after the basic return request period (7 days), you can request returns due to defects.
  • (Example) Within 30 days of defect discovery, within 3 months of product shipment completion, or within 30 days of becoming aware of the fact
