A supporter has requested a refund for a store product. What should I do?
You can check the cancellation and refund status in the Sales Management tab and approve the refund request or process it as 'Reject'.

1) Use the search management feature to find the content you're looking for.
- When searching by personal information (name, email, contact information, etc.), you can only see results when the search term you entered matches the supporter's information exactly.
- For example, if you want to search for a supporter named 'Hong Gildong' order, you must enter it accurately.
- (Example) Entering only 'Hong' or 'Gildong' (X), Entering all 'Hong Gildong' (O)

2) You can approve the refund request or process it as 'Reject'.
- If you approve the refund, the payment will be canceled immediately and the refund will be complete. Please communicate directly with the supporter to arrange the return of the product.
- You can process the refund as 'Reject'. This is typical when the supporter refuses to return the item or cannot return it. However, please state the reason for rejecting the refund so the supporter can understand.
- It is recommended to check refund requests within 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- If not processed within 7 business days from the request date, it will be automatically approved and processed as a full refund.

※ The party responsible for return shipping costs varies depending on the refund reason.
- Refund due to product defect
- The maker bears the round-trip shipping cost. Therefore, the supporter's payment history is processed as a full payment cancellation.
- Refund due to simple change of mind
- The supporter bears the round-trip shipping cost. Therefore, the supporter's payment history is processed as a payment cancellation excluding the round-trip shipping cost.
- If the return is made collect (cash on delivery), please contact the supporter and collect the shipping fee.
※ Please note these points.
- If you approve a refund for a supporter's simple change of mind, the product amount minus shipping will be refunded, and for other refund requests, the full amount including shipping will be refunded.
- If you process a refund request as 'Reject', the status will immediately change to purchase confirmed. There may be difficulties in communicating with the supporter, so please click carefully.
