What is the refund and cancellation policy for the Store project?
Because it is subject to the E-commerce Law, the refund policy in accordance with it applies.
1) Supporters can request a refund in these cases.
- Supporters can request a refund for simple change of mind within 7 days of receiving the product. (Fresh food excluded)
- Supporters can request a refund (return) for defects within 3 months of receiving the product.
- Supporters can request a refund (return) for defects within 30 days from the date they become aware of the product defect.
- For custom-made products, please communicate in advance so that supporters do not request a refund when the product is 'being prepared'.
2) Makers can process refunds in these cases.
- If the Maker encounters unavoidable circumstances, they can directly cancel (process the refund) the Supporter's order.
- After purchase confirmation, the Maker can directly cancel (process the refund) by consulting with the Supporter within 3 months.
- When making a direct cancellation, the refund of the payment amount will be processed. Since the cancellation cannot be withdrawn, please make a careful decision.
3) Here's how you can directly cancel.
Go to the [Sales Management] menu in the Store Maker Studio and click 'Maker Direct Cancellation' for the order number you want to directly cancel.

Select the reason for direct cancellation and enter the details, and the direct cancellation will be completed.

- The available cancellation reasons depending on order status are as follows. You can select the applicable reason one by one.
- Product being prepared : Supporter's simple change of mind, shipping issue, product out of stock
- Waiting for shipment, in shipment, shipment completed, receipt completed : Supporter's simple change of mind, shipping issue, product defect
- Purchase confirmed : Product defect
