How do I change business information?

Wadiz Inquiry Registrationto submit the updated information. 

The procedure may differ depending on the changes you've made. I'll guide you through it.

1) The business type has changed from "Individual" to "Individual Business Operator".

If it's before final review approval, please send the following information.

• Project Number
• Changed Details
• Newly Issued Business Registration Certificate

2) Representative Director or Business Name has changed.

Please send the following information. If necessary, additional documents may be requested, so please check your mailbox.

a. If you are an individual business operator?

• Business Registration Certificate with New Business Name Registered

b. If you are a corporate business operator?

• Official Document
• Corporate Registration Certificate (Full Copy) showing change of fact (1 copy)
• Bank account statement copy changed to account holder name that matches the business name or corporation name 
• Newly Issued Business Registration Certificate

3) I want to change the settlement account.

Please send the updated account information for the same maker (same corporation or same representative/individual business operator).

Please note that setting a third party's account as a settlement account is not possible.

• Account Information (Bank, Account Holder Name, Account Number)
• Bank Account Statement Copy
