The Ads Center is not opening!

Please use Chrome or Edge browser. If it still doesn't open, try uninstalling the ad-blocking program (ad blocker).

Ad-blockers are browser extensions that block advertising elements in your browser, and they can prevent you from accessing the Wadiz Ads Service page.

Here's how to uninstall it.

1) Enter the address below in the Chrome browser address bar.

• Chrome Extensions page: chrome://extensions/

2) Find the Ad-Block extension and uninstall it.

• (Examples) Ad-Block, Adblock Plus, uBlock Origin, AdGuard, etc.

3) If you don't have ad-blockers installed, try the method below.

• Load the page information you previously visited in the browser you're using.
• Clear your Internet browsing history (cache). (Example) Chrome: [Settings] - [Clear browsing data]
• After clearing the cache, please visit the page again.

4) Still can't open the Ads Center? 

• Send your error details along with the project number and contact information to Ads Inquiry. 
• We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
