A supporter has requested a refund. How do I check and process it?
You can check and approve, hold, or reject refunds in the [Shipping & Refund Management] menu of Maker Studio .
If refund requests are not processed within 7 business days from the date the supporter requested the refund, the refund will be automatically approved. Please follow the guide below to check and process refunds promptly.
1) Check refund requests
When a refund request is received, you can check it in the [Shipping & Refund Management] menu of Maker Studio.

2) Approve/Reject/Hold refunds
- If a refund is requested due to shipping delays: The refund is approved immediately upon the supporter's request, without going through the maker's approval or rejection process.
- If a refund is requested due to Let's Reward cancellation, supporter change of mind, etc.: The maker can directly approve or reject after reviewing. Click the 'Check' button to review the refund request reason and supporting documents submitted by the supporter. \n
- Request approval: The amount is refunded to the supporter through credit card cancellation.
- Request rejection: You must provide a detailed reason for rejection.
- If approval, rejection, or hold is not processed within 7 business days from the date the supporter requested the refund, the refund will be automatically approved . \n
- Please review refunds promptly and respond quickly.
- After project completion, continue to check the refund request status to ensure there are no requests that need to be rejected.
- When all refund processing is complete, final settlement will proceed.
- From 5 business days after the refund request date, the 'Hold Processing' button will appear. \n
- If it is difficult to make a refund decision within the period due to the supporter being unreachable or other reasons, you can extend the refund processing period by an additional 3 days.

- The refund amount varies depending on the refund reason. Please check the detailed amount for each individual refund request during the refund processing. \n
- Refunds due to incorrect shipping/product defect/false story information, etc.: The full amount including shipping fee is refunded.
- Refunds due to supporter change of mind: The amount excluding the shipping fee is refunded.
- You must collect the return shipping fee separately from the supporter for refunds due to supporter change of mind. \n
- If you did not set an initial shipping fee (free shipping), you must collect the round-trip shipping fee separately from the supporter.
